This policy explains how Wills Eye Super Speciality Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website. Last reviewed: 31 July 2026.
What we collect
- Details you send us. When you use an enquiry or appointment form, you choose to send us your name, phone number, preferred date, town/district, age and any message you write. These details are submitted to and stored on our own website so that our front desk can respond to your request.
- Contact by phone, WhatsApp or email. We keep what you tell us so we can arrange and follow up your appointment. If you use a WhatsApp button instead of a form, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Basic technical data. Our web server records standard access logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We also store the IP address a form was submitted from, to help us deal with spam and abuse.
What we do with it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, arrange your appointment, provide care, and keep the records a healthcare provider is required to keep. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Health information
If you tell us about a symptom or condition, we treat that as confidential medical information. It is seen only by the clinical and administrative staff who need it to care for you.
Third parties used by this website
- WhatsApp (Meta). Our WhatsApp buttons open a chat with us; your message is then governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
- Google Maps. The contact page embeds a map, which loads content from Google.
- Google Fonts. Used to load the site’s typefaces; Google receives your IP address as part of any normal web request.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and appointment requests are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep a reasonable record of it. Clinical records are retained for the period required by applicable medical record-keeping rules.
Your choices
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete information we are not required to retain. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
