3. Appointment enquiries
Submitting an enquiry or appointment form on this site is a request for an appointment — it is not a confirmed booking. An appointment is confirmed only when our team confirms it with you by phone or in writing. We may need to reschedule for clinical or operational reasons, and we will tell you as early as we can.
4. No doctor–patient relationship online
Contacting us through this website, WhatsApp or email does not by itself create a doctor–patient relationship. That relationship begins when you are examined at our hospital.
5. Fees, insurance and estimates
Any cost information given on this site or by phone is an indicative estimate. Your actual cost depends on your clinical findings, the procedure and materials used, and your insurance or TPA cover. We give a written estimate after your evaluation. Cashless and TPA approvals are decided by your insurer, not by us.
6. Using this website
You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, scrape it at scale, or submit false information through our forms. We may withdraw access where a site is being misused.
7. Intellectual property
The content, design, logo and images on this website belong to us or our licensors, and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written permission.
